Yes, all appointments must be booked in advance. You can book online within each of the scanning packages.

We ask for full payment for your appointment beforehand. We appreciate that things can change at short notice but ask that you please give us at least 24 hours notice of needing to re-schedule or cancel appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a £40 fee being removed from your package cost before refund.

You can bring along a maximum of another 4 people along to your scan in line with Covid guidelines.

3D – 24 weeks- full term

4D- 24-32 weeks

A link will be sent via Tricefy to your mobile and your images will be viewable and also shareable from here.

At our sonographers discretion we will of course offer you an opportunity to come back for a re-scan if we believe we can capture better quality images. Your re-scan may need to be on another day. We do not offer refunds as you are also paying for the expertise of our sonographers.

Yes, should you wish to gift a loved one the joy of seeing their baby through a 3D/4D scan we offer Gift Vouchers for each package.
